The Minnesota House and Senate have passed differing versions of legislation appropriating the first dollars from the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment. A House-Senate conference committee will now try to resolve the differences on H.F. 1231.
Members of the conference committee are: Reps. Mary Murphy, Wagenius, Morgan, Lillie and Davids; Sens. Cohen, Anderson, Saxhaug, Chauduray and Frederickson.
Late last week, there were several House votes on amendments to H.F. 1231. That debate is recorded beginning on page 5055 of the House Journal of May 8.
